Diane Leaders, MSW, LICSW

Diane received her master’s degree in social work through the University of Minnesota Duluth. She is fully licensed as a clinical independent social worker. Diane lives in rural Minnesota and practices outpatient therapy primarily through telehealth. She is a registered social work supervisor with the Minnesota Board of Social Work. Diane has enjoyed work in community advocacy, medical settings, hospice and clinical mental health in her years of social work practice.

Diane is passionate about helping clients address their challenges and working toward their personal goals. She has extensive experience with caregiver stress, grief and loss, terminal illness, dementia changes, healthy aging, life transitions, childhood abuse, trauma, stress-related challenges, depression, anxiety, and anger management in adults. Diane has certifications in tele-mental health, and grief and trauma therapy, and is an advanced health care directive Facilitator.
